amazing what gems one can find! Damn, now I speak all tolkien-y too... I LOVE how in-character they are here. This way of coming together is actually my favourite for slash pairings: Not much talking, just happening, and then itīs just natural.
Also: GREAT idea with the tree-hugger joke ;) especially nice transition into serious "conversation". To think that Elves would be so humorous about that prejudice ;D Many of my friends all say "elves are gay, they go hump trees" and stuff, which usually makes me kind of angry... but this made me laugh because Legolas takes it so well and jokes back XD

That was cute and short and to the point. It had teasing and the fear of mockery. It was brilliant.
