AU in which the Ring was never found and passed down the Great River into the Sea. Almost all major canon characters still present, many leading similar lives, with similar relationships, etc. After Bilbo's death, for example, Frodo often left Bag End in the care of Rosie and Sam to travel with Gandalf as a kind of hobbit research assistant. This story opens on May 31, 3018, as Frodo and Gandalf arrive in Minas Tirith to work in the archives. Unfortunately, the Steward's family (Denethor/Boromir/Faramir) are having some problems which immediately affect Frodo! (Also Frodo/Faramir, Aragorn/Boromir) |

Part 1 Part 2/? |
The setting is post-Frodo’s getting stabbed, pre-council. Boromir gets super-horny in Rivendell, and who better than my favorite little hobbit is to be used and abused to satisfy Boromir’s “primal lust?” |
