Sons of Aragorn, Faramir, and Éomer set out to go on some kind of adventure without any destination before they are forced to settle down. During the trip they get rescued by Legolas (and Gimli maybe?) who is on the way to Rivendell to meet up with Elladan, Elrohir and some other elven friends (OC welcome) to plan their own adventure. Three sons of men somehow convince (or beg) them to take them with. Three sons are in their late teens or early 20s. They are immediately infatuated with Legolas and start competing with each other over him. Legolas is not really looking for relationship, but rather likes Elladan. Elladan secretly loves Legolas. Somewhat humorous and somewhat seductive. I want Legolas to be a bit clueless about the whole 'love' thing.

When they finally find out what has happened I want some angry elven warriors taking revenge. Extra points if the pairing is not very common. Like Aragorn/the twins or Boromir/Glorfindel. While fighting to save Rohan at Helm's Deep Haldir is thought to have been killed but in the cleanup the morning after he is found by Éomer to still be alive if only barely. Éomer falls for the injured marchwarden but the course of the war forces him to depart Helm's Deep with his uncle while Haldir is returned to Lothlórien to heal. After the War is ended Haldir tires of the emotional pain of living in the Golden Wood and goes to live in Gondor, joining the personal staff of Queen Evenstar. Some time after Éomer visits Gondor on a diplomatic mission to discover the elf who holds his heart is there and sets out to gain Haldir's friendship since a relationship with another male - especially an elf - would not be looked on well in Rohan.

He isn't ready to leave this world yet so he goes to Gandalf, who casts a sleeping spell on him, which makes everyone think he his dead (in actuality Legolas is eternally sleeping... somewhere else). A grieving Aragorn hates himself for not showing the elf how much he loves him. How Aragorn finds his elf and releases him from the spell is up to you. I want a happy ending with NC17 rating. How you do it is up to you, but needs to be romantic and passionate. Extra points and Elrohir/Elladan if wanted. Fun, nc-17, interesting!

He takes off on his horse and rides like the devil; rides hard and fast until he and his horse almost collapse. He stops to rest and is discovered by Elrohir, while he is out on one of his Orc-hunts. Elrohir takes pity on Éomer, he himself being wracked with pain and anger over his mother's torture and subsequent departure from Middle-Earth. Elrohir takes Éomer back to Rivendell to find solace from his pain (can anyone say H/C?). The two fall in love and Elrohir convinces the horse-lord that the best way to overcome his pain, and to not let Saruman win, is to gather the other riders who are loyal to Rohan and fight for his country, whether his King aides him or not.
Jen Plot bunny Claimed by Nenya and Veronica Legolas/Haldir (main) and possibly Legolas/Aragorn near the end... In most fics I've read, everyone is falling all over themselves to get with Legolas, but what if that wasn't the case?? This is written from Legolas' POV and starts in Lothlórien, right after escaping Moria. I always wondered what happened after that one scene in the movie; you know, the one where the elves are singing the lament for Gandalf and everyone is making camp? Legolas crosses the scene carrying a pitcher (and looking sexy in that silver tunic)... where is he going? To get water? To take a bath? Hmm? Well, what came to mind for me is just that -- a bath in the river/lake/stream/whatever body of water is there. Once he's away from everyone, he can finally let down his mask. (Very angsty, this one's gonna be). He tries to meditate there on the riverbank, calm down a little and let go of his grief, but he just can't. He's overwhelmed by everything and begins to cry (::sniffle:: Poor Legolas!) Haldir, who is nearby, hears him and comes to see what's going on. Now, he secretly has feelings for Legolas and normally wouldn't admit/show it, but when he finds him in such a state, he's overcome and offers to comfort him... Haldir draws him into a gentle embrace (just holding him) and Legolas pours out his heart to him: He had feelings for Aragorn, who turned him down, supposedly because of Arwen, but really because he wanted to be with Boromir. Boromir wouldn't have him because he'd not been with a man before, let alone an elf, and was too busy trying to figure out his feelings for Aragorn. Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin all had each other, not that he was attracted to them, but just the fact that he was so alone and they had each other. And Gimli and Gandalf? Well, they're just them... he didn't have any kind of feeling for either of them (besides just friends). Being rejected and then Gandalf's fall at Moria --all the feelings of loss have really taken their toll on him. They say elves can only die of a broken heart...and Legolas is on his way. Haldir feels terrible for him and his feelings are really getting strong now... Legolas feels only marginally better after letting it all out and pulls away, saying it's time he got cleaned up and got some rest. Haldir offers to 'assist' and... yeah... (As Chef would say, 'Gonna make love to ya woman, gonna lay you down by the fire...' -- Except there is no woman, and they're gonna make love in the river...and on the riverbank...and...) Anyway ^_^ Legolas feels much better in the morning, but isn't in any hurry to leave Lothlórien. But they do eventually of course and etc., etc. Skip forward to Boromir's death and an angsty Aragorn. Skip some more to the beginning of Two Towers where it's just the three of them tracking the Uruk-hai. Beginnings of some sexual tension between Legolas/Aragorn... which doesn't go anywhere at that time, 'cause Aragorn is still sad about Boromir and Legolas remembers being rejected and feels like he'd be cheating on Haldir. Skip forward some more to the battle at Helm's Deep and the arrival of Haldir and the elves. Haldir and Legolas are happy to be together again and Aragorn is marginally jealous of them. (Bonus points if there's a chance for a Legolas/Haldir quickie before all the bad stuff happens!). Skip a little more and into the battle when Haldir falls (::sob:: Of the elves they had to spare and they had to kill him?! Oh, why?!) Some more angsty Aragorn there, especially when he decides not to tell Legolas right away... skip forward to after the battle; they are all helping to clean up, bury people and stuff. Legolas finds Haldir's body and just loses it --now he really is all alone. He's so distraught he thinks of just ending it all right there, but Aragorn comes and stops him just in time. Or maybe he doesn't... hmm? A happy ending or a sad one? That's your choice ^_^ Requirements: Only a few... no rape. Normally I'd say just take it and run with it, but in this case please really try hard to stick close to the way it's laid out above. Of course you can add stuff in, but don't go too far off course! ^_^ Oh, and you have to use the phrase 'to be so alone' in there somewhere! Actually I think that would make a great title! ^_^

Comes from listening to the Return of the King soundtrack and letting one's mind wander at the same time... :) I would dearly love to see a songfic using 'Into The West', crossed with the death of Haldir in Two Towers! For some reason, that is the scene I thought of the first time I heard the song. Weird, I guess, but I think it could be pretty cool. I know the pairing says Aragorn/Haldir, but if you wanted to, things could be shifted around and I could see it being Legolas/Haldir also. Either is fine with me! The first step, of course, is choosing the 'Other' - choices include Éomer, Legolas, a random elf, or a random man of Gondor. No Aragorn, no Elrond, no Gimli, no hobbits, no men from Rohan besides Éomer, just because. I want this to be a story where homosexuality is NOT widely accepted in Middle-Earth, but, rather, unheard of - actually unheard of, as in no one realizes it's POSSIBLE for a man to love another man. Please include no other slash pairings, but as many other hetero pairings as you'd like. The story should include many scenes of rising tension between the two, including at least one indoors, one - but preferably more - outdoors, one where the two are alone together, and one where they are in a crowd. I like imagery, hint hint. Both men should be confused about their feelings, and the writing should include some musings on these feelings. Eventually ONE should act on said feelings - they may use the influence of wine or simply their own stunning sexiness. The event can be planned or unplanned by the ready one. The other should not be prepared at this point, and the unprepared one would preferably be Faramir. At this point, said unprepared one can either run or retaliate, in anger or love. Later, BOTH should be confused about what happened. Eventually, one - preferably not Faramir - tells someone about what they feel, but whether they tell the reaction of the other is up to you. If you have chosen Éomer, he should tell one of the men of Rohan. Said man of Rohan should not approve, but keep his trap shut, because he knows what's good for him. ^_^ Legolas, he should tell Gimli. Gimli may or may not approve but, out of respect to his friend, should not say a thing. A random elf, he should tell another random elf. You decide about their reaction, but, again, they should not say anything... yet. A random man of Gondor, he should tell anyone. You can choose! Preferably not Éowyn, though, as that would spoil the fun. However, whomever it is that he tells can react in ANY WAY, including telling someone - maybe because they're worried for their friend. Or, perhaps, they won't tell, because they think this person has gone insane and would rather not deal with it. Or maybe they're mute and can't. ^_^ Whatever you want! At this point, it's pretty much up to you. Eventually someone - probably Éowyn - important should find out by some means, and should react majorly. I shall say no more beyond this. Overall, make it a sweet, romantic thing, maybe with a bit of humor, but not too much so as to make it an all-our humor fic. Add some adventure of some sort if you'd like, or angst in Faramir's constant musings of his betrayal of Éowyn. I've said enough now, that's the end of this plot bunny!

Elrohir disapproves. He wants to tell Elrond, but Elladan will do anything to keep him from doing so. Interpret that last sentence as you'd like. So, Elladan scurries between serving to Elrohir and visiting his lover. And! Arwen finds out (when visiting? or it may be before the trilogy... really, whatever you'd like!), too... and tells Elrond. Elrond... accepts? O.o Really. But, Elrond, in one way or another, embarrasses Elladan... You take it from there! ^_^
Kate Challenge I'd like to read a song fic that uses 'Killing Me Softly' by Roberta Flack (also more recently done by The Fugees.) It would have to be from the POV of someone who's now obsessed with a certain Elf. I have a definite Legolas/Aragorn preference but Elladan, Elrohir, Haldir and Eldarion and combinations thereof are more than acceptable!

Not knowing what it is, out of curiosity Legolas decide to play too. All the sudden, the game turns from just a fun to a serious competition. Who gets to kiss Legolas? The numbers of times is unlimited. I want all the men, especially Faramir and Éomer in it. OC and the other elves are welcome, too. Legolas gets shocked when he finds out, but it's too late. Out of nervousness, he keeps drinking and starts to get buzzed a bit. The site of him getting flushed and his eyes watery is very alluring to anybody near him.

He is finally persuaded to return to Aragorn's court in order to tutor the 20 year old Prince Eldarion in the arts of archery. He arrives, with great pain in his heart at seeing Aragorn once more, the man he loves and can never have. Yet, he takes pleasure in the company of the young Eldarion who reminds him of Estel as a young man. Eldarion for his part falls madly in love with the beautiful Legolas and pursues him ardently, until Legolas gives in and lets himself fall in love with Eldarion. But how does Aragorn feel about this? NB in this Universe, Eldarion has inherited immortality and lots of Elvish ways from his mother's kin. I would like this to have a happy ending for L/E but see what you think.

In both of those stories, it seemed as if Haldir had become mortal because of the bonding with Éomer. So... *evil giggle* Turn that around. Have Éomer become as an Elf, his fate like Tuor--we never did find out how exactly Tuor was *sundered* from men, did we? That healing bond--it was banned from usage with mortals because of the danger of Tuor's fate. Suppose no one ever told Aragorn, and Legolas had no idea because, 'Damnit, I'm a *warrior*, not a fucking healer!' Take that one step further. Éomer forbids Aragorn from telling Haldir, unaware of the effect on himself--you can pick the reason, but the most likely one is that the Rohan might not like the idea of their king bonding with an Elf. Ok, so the foresaid Elf saved their asses. Still... Haldir doesn't know what happened, either, because he was out cold. He thinks Aragorn healed him without resulting to the bond. What I'd love to see is the chaos that occurs once Elrond, or Celeborn, or some Elf finds out what Aragorn and Éomer did. *How* they discover this is part of the fun! Remember, poor Éomer comes from a culture that didn't have Numenóreans or Elves running around in their lineage, so this could be very difficult for him to accept. This has the potential to be a good H/C/H/C fanfiction.

Well, that's what AUs are for... and this one will sound incredibly familiar... But a terrible accident happens, and the poor boys are saved by their mother's efforts and they manage to get to a desert island. The outcome is up to the author, maybe they can be rescued by their evil father at some point (but many years after). And no, it doesn't have to have a blue lagoon... and no one has to get pregnant. :P Well, I don't know exactly if this is a plot bunny or more like a challenge... so I leave it up to you to decide.

Elrond pretends a payment for that and the Mirkwood king offers his young son as a slave for some years. So Elrond starts training that shy and stubborn beauty, (with Aragorn's help), keeping him locked in his own chambers, at his personal service and for his pleasure, as a sort of 'a life for a life' revenge. Have you ever noticed how superb Elrond seems sometimes? Compare him to Gandalf: the wizard has wisdom and his rare rage is well motivated and controlled; the elf sometimes snaps nervous as his wisdom needs some improvement. Maybe a dignified young elf would teach him the value of humility, sense of duty and forgiveness. Rigid discipline, bdsm, angst, (non)consensual, introspection, drama, slash...but please a happy end :)...

Every year they hold a meeting to have their pigeons compete against each other. This year, ThÉoden is host to the annual meeting (they take turns). Both Celeborn and ThÉoden are most frustrated that Denethor's pigeons always seem to win. Once they are in Mordor (the traditional place for the take-off), and the competition is about to start, Celeborn notices that Denethor's pigeons are doped. Naturally, Denethor denies this, but Celeborn insists the three rulers try the drug themselves. Back in Edoras, they make generous use of the drug which turns out to be quite a powerful aphrodisiac when used by humans, which (surprise!) results in a massive 'orgia' (with possibly Gríma discovering the three. You are free to choose whether the latter is horrified or discovers his hidden passion for voyeurism). Arwen is petrified; she's in an Orc village and she's about to have her baby. She tries to hide the pain so that Orcs won't pay attention to her but the baby is definitely coming. Meanwhile, Aragorn actually does come back but obviously, he doesn't know about Arwen so he heads to the house and finds Arwen missing. Servants are saying she went outside so he starts searching for her. He saves the day (you can make any way...as long as it's a logical and serious way...bring in any characters) but Arwen can't walk back to the house to have the baby. She has the baby in the forest and it's happily ever after from there. Can't wait!

Just that section, let's not worry what happens in Amon Hen or what happens with the quest. I want a torture and rape sequence inside Moria. The victim must be Faramir (book Faramir). Just Faramir, no one else – no elf and no hobbits. He can be caught trying to protect someone else (that can be elf or hobbit) or sacrifice his body to save a fellow walker, but he must be the one at the receiving end. He must be saved but after he's been raped multiple times. I need him alive and suffering badly. I want physical and psychological suffering. His recovery must take place in Lothlórien. Preferably, Aragorn helps him recover or else Haldir. Faramir must resent the comfort process at first but then slowly reconcile himself to it. The comforter must find himself drawn towards Faramir because of his bravery and fortitude. How Faramir responds is up to the author, but no matter who the comforter is, he will continue on the quest with the fellowship. Whether he recovers completely from the ordeal or not it also up to the author. The fic must end with their leaving Lothlórien. Extra points for graphic abuse sequence. NC-17 welcomed.

A sympathetic Galadriel casts a spell that allows Legolas to sleep in an enchanted grove, hidden from all other elven eyes, to dream of the past forever. Many centuries pass, and for many of the younger Elves the sleeping Prince is nothing more than a myth. Meanwhile in Middle-Earth Aragorn is reborn again and again to spend his life searching for someone or something without ever knowing who or what, and inevitably dying a violent death before being able to find out. How could Legolas find out about Aragorn and help him break the vicious cycle of violent death and rebirth? Or could Aragorn finally remember Legolas and find a way to Valinor? Maybe Legolas could experience Aragorn's lives (or at least parts of them) through some kind of telepathic/dream connection? Can be any rating. Extra points for some angst. Legolas or Aragorn can deliver the baby. Both comfort her, either in turns or together. Lots of details of the Labor/birth, not many complications, single birth, baby must survive, and lots of talking her through it and hurt/comfort/pain/angst. Legolas has this Elvish power to soothe her by using a deep, soft, yet powerful and beautiful 'Hum' that he does near her ear or while touching her forehead with his. This only soothes her or gives her more strength to deal with the labor/delivery, but she still hurts. Then after the birth, Legolas/Aragorn take a walk in the dark forest to talk about how Aragorn feels about being a Daddy, etc., then they admit their feelings for each other, and end up in a small private cave and have gentle, first-time for both m/m sex. NO crudity or dirty words. Make it beautiful, slow, passionate, details about climax. Sophie Challenge Unclaimed Gimli is dead and Legolas mourns. Aragorn hasn't told Legolas that he loves him and is married to Arwen as it is seen as the right thing. Aragorn helps Legolas, and Legolas is oblivious to the fact that Aragorn is madly in love with him. Not comedy, and no kissing or stuff. Two possible endings: a) Legolas dies but knows that Aragorn loves him (can turn Aragorn down) b) Aragorn does not tell Legolas and Legolas gets all better and sails to the west. BUT IT MUST HAVE LOTS OF LEGGY GRIEF!

Aragorn and Gandalf are the only ones who have ever met Legolas before, or know much of anything about him. Aragorn has only met him briefly, enough for Legolas to know some of his history (prompting the speech at the Council, motives behind that up to you), and Gandalf's time with him has been even more fleeting. As their journey progresses and the Fellowship start to get to know each other - what do they all think of Legolas and the part he plays in the Fellowship? Preferable pairing would be L/Aragorn or L/Boromir, or a combination. Ratings, warnings, feel of the fic (though I was definitely thinking a serious one)... all up to you. Other pairings may be added if needs be for plot (non-con, a dalliance, non-Legolas pairings, whatever); but the main one must be as stated. Oh, and while the truth of Legolas' character is also up to you, I'd rather he wasn't 'evil'. Good luck!
Spirit Melody Plot bunny Claimed by Arisony While re-watching FotR last night, I saw a nice scene I've missed before: when the entrance to Moria is falling in because of the lake monster and the Fellowship is running forward, Legolas is behind but then catches up with Aragorn and you see this lovely scene of them looking back in shock at the collapse with Legolas' hand on Aragorn's shoulder. So a challenge: Legolas/Aragorn; write a fic that either starts with or is inspired by this scene about the Fellowship's journey through Moria (and onwards if you like). Everything else is up to you but there are these requirements: - In your first sex scene (if you write one), Legolas should be strangely nervous. How does Aragorn reassure him? -Merry and Pippin must make at least one amusing cameo. - Legolas and Aragorn, or Legolas and Boromir, must have a conversation about Legolas pulling Boromir back from the edge of the broken bridge (and Boromir falling back on him :- nice scene too!)

Legolas and Aragorn take an instant disliking towards each other. Later, much later, when they're all grown up, Aragorn and Legolas meet up again, during FotR. They *think* they still hate each other, but then they fall in love. Aragorn has to deal with a heartbroken Arwen. Take note: HEARTBROKEN. Not jealous, evil Arwen out to kill Legolas. In the end, Arwen realizes that she will be happy as long as Aragorn is, so she backs off and lets them be. Has to end with a mushy binding ritual scene. (And Arwen sails over the Sea, retains her immortality, so there's a HAPPY ENDING. This is a MUST) Requirements: - NO LEMONS! - MUST BE IN CHARACTER! - Must be based on book-verse, NOT movie-verse. *This is VERY important* - Must be lyrical i.e. use sort-of old style writing, trying for Tolkien's style. - Must be humorous, but not ridiculous. - Must be PG-13 rating at the most. - One last thing: must include the following lines, 'I see you are still as childish as before.' 'No, I am just trying to match your inferior intellect so as to make you feel more comfortable. You see, my father taught me manners.' (Can be said by Aragorn and Legolas) Ok, that's all. After Legolas, Gimli, and Aragorn meet Éomer and his followers, Legolas decides to confront Éomer about his rude and cold attitude towards the remaining Fellowship (during when they are just entering Rohan). This should have the same language used in the movie and the book, just to make it more authentic. Legolas should also not be submissive, and neither should Éomer. Let's have a little fight! Lots of submission/aggression issues, i.e., Legolas submits and Éomer submits in equal proportion and is equally aggressive. Set in the time period after Legolas, Aragorn, and Gimli meet ThÉoden. No rape... please.

Like Aragorn is a mean jerk who wants Legolas and will do anything to get him and blah, blah, blah, but nice and kind Haldir also has his heart set out on Legolas. Like Haldir doesn't die, you can add some of the other LOTR characters too, but there is a catch. BWAHAHAHA!!!!!!! You see, Legolas is under some kind of evil curse thing and stuff and...*tries to make this look dramatic* How far will Aragorn, who is entranced by Legolas's beauty and will go to drastic measures to get him, go to get Legolas and avoid the evil, spell, curse thing while still getting his prize and coming out alive? And how far will Haldir, who has only pure love for Legolas, go to win Legolas's heart? About Legolas's curse thingamajig-All right, when Legolas was born, he was put under a curse by Sauron partly because the Mirkwood people betrayed Sauron by going to the good side, therefore he punished Legolas, being King Thranduil's youngest or and/or only son. The other part was because he was jealous that Legolas was the most beautiful thing and he wanted him for himself. The curse is to be haunted day and night by hallucinations, demons and lots of other unpleasant things. And eventually the curse will drive the person mad until he/she gives themselves up to the person who placed the curse on them or.....they committed suicide. Nasty business. Oh yes, Legolas and Haldir cannot die and please get them together!!!! And, in this story, Aragorn is an evil man and wants everything for himself....especially Legolas. PLEASE make this a real good, long and marvelous story!!!! Thank you much!!!!
