Summary Dom has something to tell Elijah, but how will he react

Title Dom's Secret

Elijah was in his house in LA two months had passed since filming 
had ended on ROTK. He was dozing in front of the fire when there 
was a knock at his door. Stretching Elijah headed for the door, on 
the way he glanced at his watch 11pm. Who could be here at this 
time of night he thought.

“Who is it?” he said cautiously.

“Its Dom”
Elijah opened his front door to reveal a sorry looking Dominic 
Monaghan stood on his doorstep.

“Dom what's wrong, your shivering..come inside”
Dom entered Elijah's hallway as he closed the door.

“Jesus Dom it's snowing mate..your not even wearing a jumper or 
coat”

“S..So cold” stuttered Dom.

“Of course you are, come into the lounge to keep warm”
Elijah led Dom into his lounge.

“Wait here I will find you some clothes”

“S..Sure thing”

Elijah ran to his bedroom and found a t shirt jeans and a pair of 
socks, he bought them back down to his friend.

“Here you go buddy, change into these”
He sat on his sofa and watched his friend change with a concerned 
look on his face. He was wondering why Dom had come round at this 
time of night and why he hadn't wrapped up to keep warm.

“Dom..why are you here?”
Dom tuned to Elijah and took a deep breath, realising he was about 
to tell his biggest secret he's kept hidden throughout the filming 
of Lord of the Rings.

“Dom?”
Elijah sat by his friend concerned for him as he wasn't answering 
his question.

“I..I love you Elijah” Dom said staring straight into his friends 
blue eyes, he saw them widen with fear then he spoke.

“Dom, jeez you..I can't..I mean..I'm not gay”

Crestfallen Dom stood up and headed for the door.
Elijah had been taken aback by Dom's revelation but he wasn't 
about to let his friend go out in the snow.

“Dom, stay the night, it's snowing”
Dom stopped he desperately wanted to stay but he knew he 
couldn't..not now.

“Sorry, I..can't Lij..oh god..” he burst into tears and ran 
sobbing to his friends front door.

Elijah felt his heart lurch at hearing Dom's sobs and he ran to 
his friend.

“Dom, please don't cry..I'm sorry I didn't want to upset you”
pleaded Elijah as he grabbed Dom's arms.

“Sorry Lij..I do love you, but I..can't make you love me” sobbed 
Dom as he went to open the door.

It was then Elijah kne what he was about to do contradited 
everything he thought he was.

“Dom, please stay..I..” he leant forward and kissed Dom on his 
lips. He tasted salt from his tears and felt Dom grip his arms and 
soon he was pushed up against the wall.

As he stopped kissing Dom he looked up into his friends blue eyes 
and gasped at his own realisation.

“I..I love you too” had he just said that, he suddenley was 
overwhelmed with emotions and burst into tears.

“Oh Lij, come here..I've got you” Dom held Elijah tightly to him 
as he sobbed.

Dom sat by the fire with Elijah until he stopped crying.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes thanks Dom..I'm sorry”

“No..don't be..it's in the past, lets concentrate on our future”

“Our future..oh Dom” Elijah hugged his new boyfriend.

“So how long have you loved me?”

“Since I first met you”

“So..why”

“I guess I was just scared..I know, silly”

“Not at all Dom”

“Oh Lij, your so caring, kind and sexy”

“Sexy eh..” laughed Elijah.

Dom suddenley pulled Elijah's top off and his jeans, soon they 
were naked.

“Dom..I”

“Ssh..we'll just have fun, I won't have sex yet”

“All right Dom”
He gasped as he felt Dom's hands slide down his back and onto his
